DAS-90A is a high-quality anti-static TPU from our Dingzhi,
featuring stable long-term anti-static properties and the surface
resistivity. It supports both injection molding and extrusion
molding, with a consistent hardness, strong tensile strength, and
durable tear strength. Ideal for casters, wheels, wires, cables,
and electronic accessories, it ensures reliable performance in
static-sensitive scenarios while maintaining good mechanical
properties.
Relation Between DAS-90A and TPU Material
PU is a versatile polymer family that includes both thermosetting
and thermoplastic types, and TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is a
key thermoplastic branch of PU. As an anti-static TPU from
Dingzhi’s DAS series, DAS-90A inherits the core advantages of TPU
materials: its consistent hardness, strong tensile strength.
Additionally, DAS-90A retains the processability characteristic of
TPU. While maintaining TPU’s fundamental performance, it integrates
stable long-term anti-static property to suit static-sensitive
scenarios like caster, wheel, wire, cable, and electronic

PRODUCT APPLICATION:
TPU has a number of applications including automotive instrument
panels, caster wheels, power tools, sporting goods, medical
devices, drive belts, footwear, inflatable rafts, and a variety of
extruded film, plate and profile applications. TPU is also a common
material in the housing of mobile electronic devices such as mobile
phones. It is also used to make keyboard protectors for laptops.
TPU is known for its applications in high-performance films, wire
and cable jacketing, hoses and pipes, adhesives and textile coating
applications, and as an impact modifier for other polymers. TPU
